Everyone is talking about Kjay Cavalli’s mixtape and songs on Soundcloud, and major artists are taking a slight interest in him. He got his big break years ago, working on Sean Kingston’s album and performing live with him. Of the heels of that success, he wrote the smash record for rapper Fat Joe featuring Chris Brown, “Another Round.” Another single from Cavalli, “Can’t Rain On My Parade,” has an afro-type beat and can be likened to artists such as Wiz Kid. Cavalli is currently working on releasing his mixtape and new EP.
