Citoonthebeat born and raised on the east coast of the USA in Jersey City, NJ. Citoonthebeat began his musical journey in this diverse city, where he learned to play his first instrument (drums). His father was the musical director of a church, where Cito played the drums from the age of 8 until he was 16. After his high school graduation in 2007, he launched his first music studio where he taught himself how to produce records on production equipment and record himself on the software Protools. Since then Cito has produced and recorded for artists such as Jadakiss, Red Cafe, Young Dro, Troy Ave, 21 Savage, Supadupa Kyle, Milly, Maino and many more. With over 10 million streams online, Citoonthebeat has made a name for himself as a remarkable music producer.
